An air separation unit separates atmospheric air into oxygen, nitrogen, and argon through compression, cooling and liquefaction, and distillation. In 1935, we manufactured Japan's first domestic air separation units. With our abundant experience and advanced technological capabilities, we have installed some of the largest air separation units, as well as smaller plants for the semiconductor industry, both domestically and internationally. As a result, we have earned a high level of trust from our customers.
Providing Equipment and Devices in Cutting-Edge Arenas
A space simulation chamber simulates an ultra-low temperature and high vacuum space environment on earth. It is used as an experimental apparatus for satellites. We contribute to space exploration with a wide variety of chambers from some of the largest chambers in Japan to ultra-small chambers for part development testing.
In the fields of high-energy physics and maglev trains, superconducting magnets that generate high magnetic fields are used. To maintain the superconducting state, liquid helium at an ultra-low temperature of -269℃ is used. We design and manufacture helium liquefiers and helium containers by utilizing our abundant experience and advanced technological capabilities in the field of cryogenics.
