Some of the Tsukuba Laboratory's noteworthy achievements in cutting-edge technologies include the clean supply of ultra-high-purity gases, the analysis of trace gases and the development of MOCVD systems. |

The Yamanashi Laboratory pursues basic research and product development related to gas utilization technologies. R&D at the Yamanashi Laboratory has been mainly focused on new technologies such as oxygen combustion characteristics and cold gas characteristics that contribute to environmental preservation. The laboratory is also equipped with a Gas Application Technology Center. |
