We maintain bases of operations over the entire country, from Hokkaido in the north to Kyushu in the south, in order to supply our nationwide customers with a stable supply of industrial gases. We take a variety of steps to ensure that our presence in these local environments is not a disruptive one, and want to continue contributing to all the local communities of which we are a part in a positive way.

We participate in and contribute materials to disaster prevention drills run by local governments or local disaster prevention groups. These high-pressure gas disaster drills ensure that local communities are prepared for such events in the unlikely event they occur.

In 1999 we opened the Memorial Oxygen Museum in Yamanashi prefecture to the public. Ever since then it has told the story of industrial gases in Japan to a steady stream of visitors.

We have co-sponsored Sergio Soccer Clinic together with the Chiba Football Association since FY1991 and with the Osaka Football Association since FY2006 in order to help the healthy growth of the elementary school students through sports activities.

As part of its activities contributing to regional communities, from FY2008 Taiyo Nippon Sanso holds the "Taiyo Nippon Sanso Kids Science Class" in cooperation with the Shinagawa Ushiroji Elementary School in Tokyo.

We donate nitrogen gas to the Science Museum Tokyo in Kudanshita as part of our social action efforts.
